Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant: The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) assists in providing occupational therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities under the direction of a registered and/or licensed Occupational Therapist and in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within Theracare’s policies and procedures.
Occupational Therapist: The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, develops initial and interim treatment and discharge plans, supervises assistants and aides, and contributes to resident case management by delivering quality occupational therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within company policies and procedures.
Physical Therapist: The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops initial and interim treatment and discharge plans, supervises assistants and aides, and contributes to resident case management by delivering quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within company policies and procedures.
Physical Therapist Assistant: The Physical Therapist Assistant assists in providing compassionate, quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities under the direction of a licensed or registered Physical Therapist and in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within company policies and procedures.
Rehabilitation Aide: The Rehabilitation Aide assists in providing compassionate, quality patient care related activities under the direct supervision of a licensed Registered Physical Therapist, Registered Occupational Therapist, and/or Speech-Language Pathologist by performing non-patient care related activities and administrative tasks as assigned.
Speech Language Pathologist: The Speech Language Pathologist delivers quality speech-language pathology services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of speech language pathology and with company policies and procedure by evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, supervising assistants and aides, and contributing to case management.
