Why become an employee?

As an employee of Theracare, I have been extremely happy. I am offered a flex schedule, generous vacation days, 401k, and affordable health insurance.  We (Theracare-Millers) recently became ESOP meaning I am part owner of the company. WOW!!!

I have always disliked documentation and paperwork.  Theracare has addressed this with going nearly paperless. Documentation is via computer.  The time it takes me to write a good note has decreased immensely.

I have found upper management to be very supportive as well.  Personally, I feel like we are one big family all working together to provide the best therapy and patient care possible.
